It Wandered In From the Wastes
Maybe I´m just a huge Obsidian fanboy, but I really like this game. Enough to consider the best game of this generation. The way they handle conversations feels alot more cinematic than most games that use it as a selling point (although I wished there was a way to pause in the middle of a conversation). Not only that, the amount of choice and consequence is ridiculous, considering the amount Sega kept excrementing on the development. Anybody play it? What are your thoughts?

I loved it. Yeah, it was buggy, the controls were shit and it should've had a bigger budget. But the writing was fantastic, and it was really a breath of fresh air. One of the best dialogue systems I've seen, and a huge amount of choices to make. I hope Obsidian get to do more original takes on rpg's like this, and that Alien rpg that never saw completion.

The conversations mechanincally with the count down timer and 3 JB's are all excellently implamented. I wish other games would look to this game for inspiration with regards to conversations in games.
