In the Fallout series there are only 4 black character skins.
1 male in vault suit
2 female in vault suit
3 male in metal armor
4 male in red shirt and blue pants

Further, all males in metal armor have only 3 weapons: Desert Eagle, Sledgehammer, or unarmed.

Just something I noticed, no opinion really.

Like my quote?

"I'm cold, wet, and my pants smell like fish."

That reminds me of something an NPC once told me in FO2:
"If you ask me, I think there was some kind of cloning experiment gone wrong before the war because you only ever see about five or six kinds of people nowadays."
I can't remember where it was, but the guy also went on about how names were important.

Well, another little tidbit from Fallout 2.

Remember the Cafe of Broken Dreams? There was one of the Black Male character models is complaining how the PC can't choose him. Going on about how the developers are all racist bastards.

But as far as I know, Fallout 1 was rushed, so a lot of things were left out, like intro movies for each town (okay, movies also wouldn't make it because of space restrictions, but a quick render with spoken narrative intro would be quite easy to do, I think).
