Where'd That 6th Toe Come From?
Currently , I'm developing a speech system with talking heads. But I have run into several problems.

What is the correct way to make the background transparent? In GIMP, all I can do is 'color to alpha' which also alphas colors I don't want alpha'd. I also have paint.net.

In Anim8tor tool, how do I select specific body parts after I already grouped them together? Like if i just wished to rotate the head only.

Gimp should have selection tools set, I think. Select background and clear/delete or save as alpha.

So obviously I could make quite the nice speech head. This guy only has 3 frames.

However the color is not what I specified for the head.

only 8bit textured too.
