Another Random Encounter...(stupid but nice)

You encounter a strange looking guy with a sword who says he landed in the wrong place at the wrong time. He tells you he was on his way to a battlefield in a small timemachine to help his friends fight 2 mighty people from space called King Cold & his son Frieza. He parts and leaves a Stealth Boy behind.

Another Random Encounter or...

How about the cafe where you meet all the dead rock stars of your dreams!!! We could finally see what happens when you mix Nirvana, The Sex Pistols, and Led Zeppelin. See what your reaction is when you see Sid Vicious playing random notes, Kurt Cobain mumbling the words to one song or another, and Bonham laying out on the skins drunk as a skunk!!! Not that I don't like these guys and totally respect them, but who wants to emphasize POSITIVE things? Would you find it interesting if everyone played their notes PERFECTLY on key? It would be nice to see Lennon and Keith Moon trading drinks, or Jim Morrison and Brian Jones arguing whose death was more mysterious though. Not that this wouldn't ruin Fallout completely, but wouldn't it be worth it... For the sake of everyone, I won't answer that, and I advise you not to either.
 
Oh ! ok, DBZ, yes i know it (when Sangoku -the main character. is it the name he got in US/UK ?- is young it's better, i believe, by the way :))... but the names... i dont remenber ! :)
