I read through the rules of the Fallout forums, and one of the rules is not to ask questions about the unofficially patched games. I'm playing Fallout 1 with the semi-unofficial patch 1.2 and the final version of the unofficial 1.3. I noticed there are ddraw files from the old fallout 1 sfall in my install folder, so I assumed that sfall functionality was included. However, when I edit the ddraw.ini the options don't seem to take effect (specifically the item highlight bit). Is there an appropriate forum here at NMA where I can ask this? And if not, can anyone point me to an outside forum?
