anyone do this? FO2 mod

wondering if there is a mod or if anyone can make a mod
that wont trigger slaver guildmaster from stopping you from being able to run any slave runs after the 3rd time out.
 
At mod making I am only a beginner, however I believe that to do that you would have to modify scripts, and we don't have the tools to do that yet (key word is yet, I think the tools are in development). Also, you would need places to go, though I guess there could be some mechanism to re-populate the villages you already went to...
