Anyone listen to METAL?

One of my favorite bands is 'Static X' and I am trying to figure something out about one of their songs.
On their last album they have a song named 'Otsego' and i would just like to know who or what is that?

Haven't had much luck on their web-sites so I figured I would see if any of you listen to them. I avoid posting on their web-sites for fear of the hordes of rabid teeny fans with the combined inteligence rivaling my cat.....

Other than that, I have no clue. Could be named after someone. Seems like that's all it is though.
