Anyone watching Tim Cain's Youtube channel?

I didn't even realize he had a Youtube channel until Asmongold (World of Warcraft streamer/Youtuber) made a reaction video to Tim's comments about how game development and its culture has changed over the years.
Just interesting to see his idea about why the Vaults were originally created (they were supposed to be experiments on how humans could survive challenges from a starship that needed to flee a post-nuclear world). He also goes into why he, Leonard and another quit development on Fallout 2 (his pay bonus was reduced by Brian Fargo for a bug that took weeks to fix and he wouldn't rat out the developer whose fault it was).

His game developer caution video really opened my eyes to another side of the issue in the current modern gaming industry as to why things might end up the way they do and I've been taking that into consideration a lot more when I think of "rushed" or poorly polished releases.
 
I intend to! But when will I have the time? But I'm very much looking forward to it.
