crashing in Vormantown?
Hi all,
I got Arcanum for a Christmas present and started off with the Vormantown module (putting off the campaign until I get back to my own place). However, after a while of playing I find I've used up all the available bullets and resources for making more of them. (Not least because that crazy gunchick NPC loves to fire her gun rapidly and repeatedly at monsters while they're a mile away and missing every shot, sometimes happily killing herself by way of critical failures before the monsters even get close.) The shops don't restock, and everywhere I go I get the "you can't wait here" message when I click the rest button. Am I stupid? Is there someplace or somehow you can rest that I missed? I'd be happy if anyone could tell me pretty soon.
The game itself does seem wonderfully complex with really cool character building, but at the same time it seems to be full of little annoyances that should have been caught in playtesting. Well, the campaign should add a little more flavour to the game than the Vormantown module, I suppose.
