Arcanum unofficial patch?

About 1,5 years ago, I found an unofficial patch for Arcanum by accident. Sadly I didn´t memorize the link and the patch itself was wiped out during HD format.

If I remember correctly, the patch contained just a pure fixes and it included a installation program (klik&play made installation program?). One of the fixes was that you would be able to ask Virgil about the Crash Site and some items turning to black or something fix.

The patch contains a handfull of bug fixes.

Looks like a rather good patch, with a focus on fixing problems rather than adding content.

That's the problem with so many fan-made patches; the creators not only fix problems, but add what they think should be in the game. Unfortunately, it seems nine times out of ten, their choices are highly questionable; even if you wanted extra content in the first place.
