Mr. Asian Dude and Mrs. Asian Dudette isn't a bad idea either.

Well, I downloaded the Dudette here (a few posts down), http://www.nma-fallout.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=47290

...and based on a few preliminary views, it's a solid sprite. Some stray pixels on some of the armours, but it's at least a good place to start.

Don't hold your breath...the Asians in F2 had shitty animation sequences, which failed to follow the excellent original animations, also they had very few attack animations, which all adds up to - most unlikely. The only possibility would be if someone recoloured the skin and hair to be more Asian - Yellowish skin + Black hair.
