Arroyo With Two GECKs

Just thought about the possibility of Arroyo having two GECKs if you grab the one in Vault 13 and in the Oil Rig. What do you think Arroyo would have done with the second one or does anyone know if any of the devs commented on this possibility.

I personally think that it could have been sold to the NCR or Reno.

Probably be even more prosperous in the middle of the desert.

They're not that awesome by themselves but can make a bunch of farmland.
