At the end

Just ended the game but I would like to continue to play.
I've saved after having killed the master and launched the autodestruction sequence of the VAT base.

Is there anyway to stop the sequence? (Meaning ingame or by editing savegames?)

You need a patch as far as I know. Take a look in the Fallout 1 category in the downloads section.

actually it doesn't work as I have already played the game. The only thing I need is to know what to edit in the SAVE file...

What type of edit do you mean, if you just want to edit your save games Falchi should serve you well. What version of fallout one are you runing and I think you may have to play a new game to make the patch work.

I'm playing Fallout 1.0
I only have to edit the savegame so that the VATS won't explode in fact.

that you can't do, try starting the game again with the patch installed and that might do it.

Also I meant what version are you playing the UK version or the US version because you might need the F1 children patch for some mod's.

No it won't. Installing the 1.1 patch will remove the second time limit (on the mutants), but it will not work to let you play beyond the end of the game.

Also, his editing trick might just work. Please don't post unless you know what you're talking about.
