You know the rules AND you're a moderator. There is to be no advertising on these boards. You at least could have asked the rest of us for permission before you did anything like this.

After reflecting for a long time, I will not consider this post as plain adverstiment.

My reason is that it has a great point in favour and it's that the correct translation of the Fallout TeamX's modding docs will HELP and make the Fallout hacking (and non-hacking) community to evolve.
Asking help for bringing us Fallout technical knowledge is an acceptable reason for this board.

He's not inviting us to his new Barbie's homepage.

But, now. I will NOT TOLERATE the use of UPPER CASE POSTS and UCASE POST'S SUBJECTS.
We aren't blind and you aren't gonna call more attention by using kiddy stuff in your posts. That IS annoying.

And because that, this thread will be locked.
