The second one is libre office spreadsheet, which lets you calculate how much damage does the crit give to you. For instance Ranger Sequoia crits more often, but compared to Medicine stick, it's average damage is lower. It's not perfect guide or anything like this. It simply gives you an idea, how much would certain weapons benefit from critical strikes. Also Automatic weapons have got their multiplier divided by fire rate, so you need to compensate for that. Also flat damage increase is something you add manually.
