First time out of the vault
I want to unload some stuff off my inventory so I decided to barter.

I offered stuff with a total value of $1050 and the trader's stuff was $1020. But when I click on 'Offer', he tells me 'No, your offer is not good enough'. Eh?

He's getting an extra $30 from me and he says it's not good enough? Is it a bug?
 
I FO2 this could happen if you try to sell him/her a geiger counter which has been used, since they have "charges" determing how many times you can use it, and vendors don't accept ones with no, or sometimes even one short of full charges. If you aren't selling a geiger counter, then I don't know.
