So Old I'm Losing Radiation Signs

I sometimes do localizations for mods or demo.
I usually translate from english to french, as i understand english and i am able to write it the right way in french. For that, i can manage. I wouldn't do the opposite, as my english is not academic.
On the other hand, i sometimes try mods in languages that i don't understand to see what content they have. Most of the time, those are unfinished products that only bring a few cosmetic stuff. No need to translate those. There are also huge mods that would be a pain in the ass to work with. Better wait for a full blown translation by a native.
But for small to average mods that are complete enough and rely on dialogs options to move forward, i sometime do auto-translation of the game files from the source language (russian, german, polish etc...) to english, sometime adding some of the original english text files when they seem appropriate, and then enough corrections so i don't crash, don't have *error* or edit when i find out that i shouldn't have used this or that file\line for the original game.
The goal is to make the mod playable. Usually, it works well enough to i can move forward, pick the right option in dialogs, and know enough of what the npc is speaking about. But the quality of that english is far from perfect. Sometimes, as a non native english speaker, i don't notice the difference. Sometime i do notice it. Sometimes i have troubles, but ultimately manage to undestand. Sometimes, the sentence is so scrambled that i don't understand it and i can't rephrase it as i don't know that the author intended to say.
I don't intend to make a full translation out of of those bastard translations, as i am not a native english speaker. I am also aware that i am not the only one doing this. I saw people mention it on other threads. Yet, i also assume that some player don't want to trouble themselves with that process (that can easily take a while) and yet want to try those mods. On the other hand, the original author might also get pissed by a bad translation.
So, i wonder, when there is no english version available, nor any english version planned, should those bastard english version be uploaded, so people don't go through the trouble of making their own bastard version ?
