Bazaar Day anomaly

I got this strange thing when going to bazar day...
Before the patch (1.25) I came there, traded some items, left.
I didnt have enough RPs to buy that DevilThorn thingy so I thought I'll come back later.
A week later I installed the patch.
Now when I go to bazar day I can't leave the the area no matter what I do. I move my squad to the green exit grid, nothing happens! I tried walking the exit grid all the way around.
Nothing. I cannot leave. So I'll have to reload...
Anybody seen similar behaviour? Workaround?

happens to me with Phil the coka delivery boy, I met him, left, then go in, killed him, and can't leave the area

It also happen to me when i patch it to 1.25 then to 1.27...
At first, you get in and out few times before you buy thing from them or steal from them(the people in Bazaar DAy)... After you buy and steal from them... Once you get out from Bazaar Day encounter... You cann't get out any more when you go in again...
