bazaar day, other special encounters

anyone can tell me whereabouts (generally) they find bazaar day encounter? other special encounters? (only have found energizer bunnies, brothers grimm, brahmin poker, coppertops, four horsemen)....??
also, is it me or are sharpshooters so key in this game?
 
if you download the patch there will be a new file in your core/game file it lists all the random encounters you can get. just open it with wordpad.
 
ok....but do you remember where (generally) bazaar encounter was? en route to where?
