Best perks for a gunner and sniper

Help me to choose some perks.
It's for a level 6 gunner and sniper.

For my main character, I usually take

3. strong back or quick pockets
6. bonus move
9. bonus ranged damage
12. lifegiver
15. bonus rate of fire
18. action boy
21. action boy
24. sniper!!!

For my squaddies, I give them mutate at 9 for either gifted or fast shot
 
strongback - useless
bonus move - useless
bonus range damage - good if you take 2, along with kamikaze is super
lifegiver - not useful, too many stim around anyway, and if you know what to do, you rarely have to use it
bonur rate of fire - must
action boy - double is good
sniper - another must

I also take more critical and better critical, if you have 6+ luck, it's deadly

My last game which I finished 3 days ago, I had everyone in my squad take fast shot(from mutate) including me, and going in CTB mode they can shoot .. fast, the entire squad can shoot as non-stop.
