fallout2 mapper question:

how makes me big picture of whole map, me no now,

if you mean an over-view, like the ones on my site ( old MR site.. still havent gotten round to taking it down yet.. ), then press.... erm... i did know..... damn it.....

i think it's F7.. but don't quote me on it... it's definitely one of the F keys... .. it takes a series of screen shots from the top left to bottom right of the map that you then need to "stitch" together in a suitable graphics program.. ( i used paintshop pro.. ).

you may need to fill in any missing bits around the edges to make the map square...

It F12, the same button to take screenies in FO1 and 2. I know becuase its how I'm making the graphics for FTR.

nope, not a screenshot. a series of them, minus the control or editing bar, to make over head shots from ( like the one's on my site under the overviews menu... )

it's ALT F7.. does the entire map... one screen at a time..

I waw reading through Red!'s keys, and for ALT F7 he had a rather strange description..

Alt-F7: /Does some weird POV teleport of some kind and takes a screenshot

as stated in his key definition on DAC..

so I thought I'd see what it did... this was right after I made the first overview the hard way... one screen at a time, cut the controll bar off, and stitch em together..

I thought it did a series of screens from top to bottom, but not the entire map..kewl..this makes my work easy..
