That's one big, ugly reflection in the first picture.

btw the second artwork i used uv light to reveal the dna image in the centre...

It looks like oil, acrylic and charcoal to me. And the vernix, which gave that horrible reflection.

Anyway I change the first pic but it used the same medium
charcoal, acrylic, mustard, and ketchup
