Bioware doing MMORPG....

I hope they surprise me, but I can't imagine it being any different from any other mmorpg out there. So far Bioware has just had the same simplified D&D/D20 system and combat in every game and the only real difference between them all is the interface - in an mmorpg it's not something I'd ever pay money for. If I wanted Bioware style gaming in a multiplayer environment I'd just re-install NWN and play it for free. I'm sure they'll be successful with it, but I don't think their mmorpg will interest me any more than all the other ones already out there that I don't play.

Heh...with THEIR programming ability?

More bugs and exploits than Nexus. Count on that.

Why doesn't this asswipe just get down on the floor and suck himself off like a dog?

“BioWare is committed to a seamless collaboration between our two studios to ensure the same high standards of quality and creativity our dedicated teams have always delivered,” said Ray Muzyka, co-founder and Joint CEO of BioWare. “With our extensive heritage in the roleplaying genre, BioWare Austin is extremely well positioned to innovate in the massively multiplayer online space for BioWare’s valued community of fans.”

You haven't been around for ten years yet, so I call bullshit on the "extensive heritage". Then there's the fact that you haven't developed a game that could reasonably be called an RPG since it's more like an RTS with a stat system and jack shit for character development otherwise. Congratulations on making "good and evil" paths cliché when people have been developing along those lines for longer than your "extensive heritage" bullshit. Your history might be "extensive" for anyone too young to remember an RPG industry that WASN'T whored out, and who also doesn't remember when good games weren't always a formulaic and crappy engine limping along on a crutch of a license.

Goatse.cx visitors have more obvious vision than you.
