[Black Steel] Final quest on Moon base

Water Chip? Been There, Done That
Action of Fallout game is placed in distant future, so its very possible that space colonization was started and exist some first bases on Moon. Probably i will made some quest (maybe big finall) where you must travell to moon base and do here something.

Similar to F2 game but here you not travel to platform using tanker but moon using space ship (from san fran ofcourse heh)
 
Got better ideas:
solve problem of anarchy, this will be mine base, workers take control over and build here new rebel country (produce air, food and water so are independent from earth)
more: they found here some rare minerals so are rich, got own army

The PC is supposed to be some kind of Harbringer of Capitalism or something?
 
History is olways the same

People discover new land and build colony, then they rebel and build here new independent country. So if moon base will be large and they got rich mineral resources and hi tech making independent from supplies, sure will rebel and make own land.

Government predict that happend so put here large army, bad luck this army turn back to orders and not weak but make stronger miners. At least its non profit take control over moon by war.

So agents was put here and you are one of them.
 
How about a mod Fallout:Red Faction?

After all, Fallout and moon bases are all the same, both have deserts and people living in underground complexes.

What if when you're outside, and in combat, movement costs 1 AP per move less... because of the lower gravity...

hmm... but i can't imagine guys firing guns at each other on the moon's surface.

one piercing shoot and you're like a fried-up chicken... or an ice cube in the best case.

no guns, only melee things - maybe that would be better? or no combat outside...

Also, incidentally, AP cost is only 1 AP per move...

Agreed, the character ought to be searched in the airlock, and could only smuggle weapons if he or she had the "Terrorist" perk.

If you want a game with lunar combat, go play Star Fox. Fallout's setting has nothing to do with Kill Bill in Space.
 
there should be laser weapons and plasma like in star wars or in 007 moon of something...
 
If you want to create a Moonbase i suggest to use few idas from VB doc BOMB 001. Very stylish interiors and technical description ^^
 
What if whatever method you use to get to the moon only takes you inside the bay? Like not being able to swim around the Oil Rig, cause the ship took you straight to the door. Only now it's your spaceship taking you into the landing bay the way my 'spaceship' landed in your girlfriend's 'landing bay' last night. So no worries about smuggling guns or dealing with low gravity, 'cos you're already inside the vagi- landing bay.

Now game got alternate ending in Arroyo when you bring GECK.
 
Yeah. I'm not him. And how was that flaming, really? Sure, I did the equivalent of saying, "Your mom," but mostly I think it was a valid idea. 'Cept now Lich seems to not be going to do the Moon Base thing anyway, so it hardly matters.

Just to clear this up, I'm seriously not Jarno. I don't have an account here yet. I'll be back in April as a new member. No worries.
