BMP 2 FRM Convert Help

Hi.

I want to convert BMP to FRM file. Few days back I just do that, now I don't know how/what/which programs I use (forgot). I read all tutorials about FRM converter and such, no luck :x :x . I want to create a simple inventory item from scratch. Anyway iam so far : I have the BMP (8bit, 256color in F2 Pallete scale), I try to convert with Frm Con software and always convert it to ugly grey-black colors?? I try also Borg Locotus command line utils , but no luck, It's just not work for me (can't create the damn header :lol: :cry: ) , I try thousands of times with Frm Con software , no luck, I even extract original fallout2 inventory item in bmp format, when load it to frm converter also make it black-grey. I read all the tutorials there and do exactly what is supposed to do and no luck. please help me. I also search the threads and no one give good explanation how to resolve this problem (at least I didn't find it)

EDIT1: I manage to create new FRM single frame file with Frame Animator, but now I can't see it in game inventory, I successfully add it to the INV with F2wedit software...

EDIT2: Yes is registered and is usable, but the sprite frame is transparent and not visible :(

EDIT3: Ok , another question, I added new armor in game based on Mobster from New Reno. I make to use the animation, however , the movement speed is very slow of this character, how can I speed up the movement to normal speed like default character ? Any suggestions? Thanks.

ps. i can't believe that I just do this few days back, now I can't this is stupid. sorry about that post.

There are some new critter that have a stiff and a bit slow walking anims X'll have corrected them you can find them at the new animation 2 thread page 51

Though an armor that would give a mobster look to the critter would make the use of certain weapon to crash the game...
 
Hi Jotisz, I found very nice solution. Just increase frame rate with FRM animator and now work very nice.

Btw i preparing this mod and so far is very nice, I add new pistol animation (walk, stand, aim, shot) so far and look very good. I will continue to work when I have more time :( But I will definitely finish this. I hope you guys like it.
Armor will be added in one of the traders in New Reno. I make it for Megamod, so will not be problem to play with megamod , when I finish it I will modify other things to be compatible to play with Res. Project.
and when I mean compatible I not mean to be included in the Res. Project or megamod . of course if anyone is interested I will be glad to be included. good weekend to all.

PS. This subject is not needed now, so if someone can delete it I will be glad. Sorry for the spam and stupid question!
