I had to restore my computer to the original factory settings & reinstall everything. After installing FOT, I created a character, saved him & then remembered Springfield so I opened bos in core & changed "false" to "true" but was told I did not have permission so I could not "save." I don't know if I have run into that before but if I have I've forgotten. What do I do?

Just right click on the TXT file and click copy, then right click on your desktop and click past then edit it and save it then just drag it to the folder you copied it from and replace it with the new one, or right click on the file and click properties and there should be a box that says "Read Only" take of the check mark and exit that window and you can now edit it, both work the same and you never have to do it again after you do it the first time, unless you uninstall the game.
