Bonus rate of fire

First time out of the vault
well I used it in Fallout 1 and I found it quite useful, as it enable to me to shoot 2 shots in one round.

now in fallout 2 I just gotten to level 9 and I being able to select another perk amd well its missing from the list ?

I just check some thing on GameFaqs and the requirements for the perk say Level 9, 7 Agility, 6 Intelligence, 4 perception.

My character stats r , 10 agility, 7 intelligence and 9 perception and I just reached the level 9

so ima confuzzled why its not on the avaliable perk list ?

could it be bugged ?
 
I dunno what you read, but in Fallout 2 "Bonus Rate of Fire" can be picked from levels 15 up.
 
The requirements for perks in Fallout 2 are different from the requirements in the original game. Hence why you can't select it yet, it's only available from level 15 onwards.
 
quite useful would be a huge understatement if you ask me... it is one of the best perks ingame.
