i wanna ask about : how to boost up my rank , now i only a scurge of the waste and now i'm in mission "newton", any help to boost my rank ????
and one other problem .. what is the use of cat's paw book , i never find it use full ?? thx for ur help

Was there a use for the cats paw mags in Fallout(the first one)? I only found a use for them in Fallout 2.

as far as I know, reading magazine in tactics just make time pass faster
