BOS huge problem

First time out of the vault
I am playing Fallout tactics v1.27 and everything is fine untill it is time to move to bunker delta, I go there and then it won't load! My main screen just stays black!!! but I have the frame that would show guns and stuff, but it doesn't show any guns or even characters! HELP ME! please
 
Try double-klicking on a character's name tag. Sometimes the game messes up the layers and drops you in layer 0, which is reserved for holes and such :D
 
I have tried clicking buttons like crazy, but it still happens every single time!!! ARGH!
