BOS problem.

Well, I've been playing the game for awhile now, and I got to Delta Bunker before encountering any real problems. The problem is, dialogue scresn don't work, I can't buy anything, and most importantly, the mission briefing for Junction City is blank, and the map is also blank. I mean, it shows locations, but the captions underneath do not exist.

What's going on here? Can I fix it, or do I have to go all the way through the missions again?
 
i just had the exact same problem!
i will try to reinstall the game, but everything worked before this particular mission...did u find what to do?
