Brain Bot / Skynet body missing?

First time out of the vault
Thanks for all the help on the last question, Vic works perfectly now that he's not crippled. I don't know why he never said anything though..

My problem is, a few days ago I finished the Sierra Army Depot, but left so I could level up my science to get the cybernetic brain.
So I have the brain, the gel and the motivator needed now.
I went to go find the robot to put the stuff in him..and he's not there. I'm sure I looked in the right place, the upper left room of the 4th floor, because I doublechecked on a video.
So..he's not there. I did kill a lot of robots for the experience before..could I have killed him? Theres no dead body in that room at all
And if so, or not, what steps would I take to get him back in his little room?

yep thats the area I keep checking! I checked the area again right now, just to make quadrillion-sure that it was the right area and he wasn't there..and he's still not.
Is there a simple way to add him back in somehow? I don't know how to edit the files, so would need a bit of a step-by-step.
Here's the screenshot, I hope it's not another really stupid mistake (like despite my checking, no I am in the wrong spot)

I also wish there was a way I could undo stopping the robots repair system...they were great for experience

Was it there the first time you were here?

If you activate the robot before it is complete, it simply explodes.

Off the top of my head, this quote from per's guide is the only reason I can think of that it wouldn't be there.

Also:

The repair system doesn't actually do anything if you leave it on (it's related to an unimplemented feature with repair bots).

Worse comes to worse, you'll just have to copy the map from an earlier save and paste over this one.

That could be..I notice the computer beside it only has instruction 'end' when I go to it. I assume thats the activation computer? I imagine that at 3 in the morning I probably clicked on it a whole bunch, fell asleep and forgot about it. Thus blowing up the bot.

I'm glad I didn't screw up then over the repair computers..I guess it would be too easy of a way to gain experience, the poor defenseless robots (there was one group in there that wouldn't activate when I hit them, easiest exp. ever)

edit: Figured out how to replace the map file, and the brainbot's back! Thanks for the help
