Broken Perks?

First time out of the vault
I know there are some, Loner for certain. But as of 1.27, what is the complete list? If anyone knows or can point me in the right direction I'd be much obliged.

Well, i found these:
  • Loner - doesn't work at all, even if loner goes to the other edge of map;
    Team Player - almost same as Loner, in my 1.27 works only 5% of all game-time, absolutely randomly;
    Leader - works 30-40% of all game-time, turns off in random situations, even if team members stay close still;
    Night Vision - hm... Rare bug, but in some new started games 3 lvl NV does nothing :|
 
Hm, also must mention Sniper, as it seems to not work properly in real-time mode, having lowered critical chance even with luck=10. Dunno, if Slayer has same problems.
