Bugs in original fallout2 scripts (1.02d)

Here I would like to discuss bugs in the latest fallout2 patch: 1.02d and ways to fix these bugs...

1. A bug with \F2_scripts\VALTCITY\VCSTARK.SSL
Sergeant Stark from Vault City. When dude completes GECKO power plant quest, Sgt Stark attacks him.
How to fix this? (I tryed same script from Fallout RP 2.3.3, same shit)
