Okay so I searched all over for a spot to make a town. now i run into 2 problems any place i pick.
1) Leveling terrain , not only do u have to level it but then u have to do all the tedious editing to the Nav mesh which is pain staking and a huge pain in the ass.
2) there's allot of encounters and triggers and enemys and just allot of clutter unseen in an area untill you pull it up in the editor. Which i dont want to delete from the game , only add.
so after no luck finding a spot i had a friend pick a spot from a list of cords. the spot they picked happened to be out of the physical bounds of the map. so to test that i could use this spot i placed a map marker and all that and gave the area a quick nav mesh. i open the game i see the map maker off in no where land , click it , but alas no fast travel. Ive tried cloning the marker to a spot inbounds and it works 100% perfectly . soon as its out of " bounds" of the FO3 map it doesnt work.
Is there a general setting to expand the playable space or what do i have to do to allow the travle to an " out of bounds " cell.
