I reckon for Fallout 3, they should sort out the damage model for AP bullets and JHP bullets. I mean aren't AP bullets supposed to be better against armour hence the name "armour piecing" yet in FO2 JHP bullets were much more effective. I alos reckon that all guns should be upgradable and that you can carry out your own upgrades if you have the parts and a high enough repair skill.
 
The damage model could use some updating. Make the flame thrower a bit more powerful too. It's heavy, takes a good amount of APs, and has a short range - so give it some boost in power.

That's what i say all the time, EVERYBODY, go and READ MY GODDAMN POST, please?(more realistic damage dealing).
 
The grenades could do a boost with power as well cause they are much weaker than they were in FO1
