Can someone please tell me the chance (%) to land a criticle hit at each of the various body parts when using a targeted attack. I've seen it before and if I recall correctly eyes were 60% and the other others were all a bit less, but I've looked all over and can't find this info. Sorry if I just missed it and I'm an idiot.
Also, it seems like I get better criticles when I target eyes as apposed to simply use the Sniper perk to cause a criticle hit. Assuming this is a correct observation can anyone explain how damamge is calculated for the various body parts.
