Can Anyone Help???

First time out of the vault
Right to the problem, when I try to start a new map any objects/tiles don't appear on the screen.

Any one know why?

try to be a little more descriptive of your problem...
it's hard to understand what you mean from just... "stuf don't show up"..

if you mean that the items and tiles do not appear in the selector at the bottom of the screen then you have tried ( unsucsessfully ) to make some new prototypes or edit old ones, and it has created a blank .lst file, which is where it looks for the list of prototypes to add....

simply delete the .lst file from your "falloutgame"\data\proto\"relevant folder"
(ie the folder for the proto type you tried to edit..

if it's not what you mean then call back with more info..
 
What I Mean Is That Any Tiles Or Objects That I Place Do Not Appear On The Screen. It Remains Black, Although All Of The Menus Work Fine.
 
When you select an object or tile are you right clicking before placing it or just left clicking? IIRC you've got to right click to actually select something from the menu.
 
Out side of topic but why do you have to start every letter with a big one? Seriously annoying for anyone reading...well for me.

My mistake, my claws were preventing me from right-clicking the objects from the menu, or it may have just been my stupidity.

Also I Write In Caps As It Is A Habit That I Cannot Break.

Anyway problem solved. Thanks For The Help!
