Can i Avertise my forum in my sig!

Your sig is one thing, as it's something about you that you wish to share, or at least it should be used as such. So if you want to put your site there, go ahead. It's the advertising threads that are not really wanted, as we have the news for newsworthy announcements and a modding announcement forum for that topic. Someone just posting about their site without much of a real interest in its contents expressed from the forum is rather rude unless it's allowed.
