Can I run FNV?

So I went to can you run it to see if my laptop can run new vegas, and I had trouble believeing my moderately new laptop couldn't run it. I'm going to post my specs, and I want to hear an answer from a human.

Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium Edition (build 7600), 64-bit


Video Card
AMD M880G with ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4250

The video card is pretty weak. And it likely uses shared memory so you actually have only 1.2GB of RAM.
It might run on low settings but even then it might not be great.
