Can the cow tipping be changed to pushing anything?

First time out of the vault
Because who doesn't want to push people off of railings?

Could pushing people over work in this game since you can do it to the brahmin?
 
I think the brahmin have a specialized animation for it, not any sort of physics thing.

Plus the people in this game do a pretty good job of falling off of railings all by themselves
 
No.. pushing brahmen just ragdolls them.

Would be neat if it required a strength vs strength effect, and the npc would get pissed off when they stood up and attacked you with their firsts unless you surrendered or something.

I saw that happen in front of me, Nathan deserved it for somehow climbing up on the top of Moriaties
