First time out of the vault
When I try to hand over some books to my NPC, it says 'sorry, you can't carry that much'.
It's weird because I'm giving him and not the other round and he is way below his weight limit(but NPC don't have real weight limits do they? They just get overweight right?).
Is this a bug?
