Cant dialogue with Angela Bishop

Hi guys!

I'm trying to open the dialogue panel with Angela Bishop, but all that she says is: "You better hope you don't fall trough the floor, clanky" in float messages.

This is happening all the time, since i arrived in New Reno until now that i'm a Bishop Family member.

Any idea what i'm doing wrong?
 
Nevermind, i discovered the problem.

I have to remove my Power Armor to open the dialogue with her.
