Can't get fallout 2 mappers to work.

I'm trying to edit some files for fallout 2, but I can't get the mapper to work for me. I have win xp. can someone help, or know where I can download a working mapper?

Maybe you have modded fallout 2 that the files in it are unreadable so you must delete all files from fallout 2 data, or it if it doesnt work try to download fallout 2 bis mapper from here http://www.nma-fallout.com/forum/dload.php?action=file&file_id=89

It would be useful to know what does not work or what happens when you start the mapper.

I would get an error message, saying it couldn't open or find itself. But that's ok, that mapper ArekBalcerak (WTF?) suggested works fine on my computer.

But next time I'll be more specific. I sure I'll be posting more questions
