cant get in apc please help

i ant get in any rides after the humer mission my hum v is just on the map and i cant get a guy in it and in st luis i can only get 1 guy in the apc and thats the driver pleas help me

That happened to me to except with the apc in one of the bunkers. I can get my men in it but it wont drive. Need help.

That is a bug, patching the game should solve the APC problem.

If you need to get characters in and out of vehicals you have to press Ctrl and hold the pointer over the vehical a little door icon should appear.
