CANT GET OUT OF ENCOUNTER NEED HELP!!!!!!!!!

i was in the encounter bazaar day when i decided to organize my items then i saved, after that i went to exit, but when i stood on the green area it doesnt exit my team members stand there. can anyone help me?

There is no way out execpt to load a saved game from before you went into the encounter.
