I have 4 squad members and need to blow up those damned power things. I don't have the explosives to blow them all up at once, nor the squad power. I've read about being able to use the science skill, but when I use that they still repair themselves.

Grr, any help?
 
You should be able to find remote det. packs in that mission on some of the humanoid robots. They should be to the right of your insurtion point. Use them to blow the things up.

Or you could got to TB mode, shoot out one power node, then take out the ones that are close.

It's quite easy actually, move all your team members on each power node, find the ones that are close to each other and have some of your crew destroy more than one.it'll take a turn or two to run to the next but it's possible, cause I've done it that way.
