Thanks for finding that Wooz, I was starting to wonder where I lost my car trunk.

Oh I get it now, you're showing off your caravan wagon that was "cleverly converted from an automobile".

Even I understood that, even though I've never got the trunk separated from the car in Fallout 2 myself...

I think he's referring to the fact that all the caravan traders used car trunks pulled by Brahmins.

Also, shouldn't this be in the Fan Fiction forum?

You think he made it up (i.e. - he put the trunk there)? IMO he just found it, but I'll let him answer that.

For the clueless, this is a parody on how the trunk will sometimes disappear from the car's body on occassion in an unpatched Fallout 2 game. Or sometimes the car goes poof and the trunk stays, it varies.

This thread can be in either one and because it falls within the topic of this forum I see no particular reason for it to be moved.

I got that one right away, since I didn't have direct internet access for the first few years I had Fallout 2, and I got the car bug *lots*. I have to say, while it doesn't look photoshopped, there is something a bit "off" about that lone car trunk just sitting there; I' mean, it doesn't look particular like a junkyard, it looks like wasteland. I wonder if some fallout fan with a junkyard and the right car part did it deliberately. Knowing fallout fans, as we'd make our own power armor if it were within our means, it doesn't seem too far fetched.

I get that bug ALLWAYS...I know I know, it's just to patch the game, but I have to rename it and blah blah stuff when I'm twitching with fallout2
