my characters stats r like
Str: 9
Pe: 6
End: 8
Char: 4
Int: 8
Ag: 6
Lk: 4
(i think)
(G9ifted and skilled for perk)
and i know..... i f*cked my character up cause i want to specialise him in snipe or energy dude with high sneak (its 145 % now). so my intelligence + charisma dont need much attention. I cant be stuffed starting again cause im on mission 9.
So the question is, could anyone give me a site which has a character editior? cause i wanna change my Int to 5, make my agility 9, my Char to 2 and my percemption to 8.
Thx
(Also, r deathclows any good in the later game, cuase i have 2 in the group, and they ROCK).

I posted a huge thing about my perfect character and character recommendations [link:fallout.gamestats.com/forum/ForumID19/621.shtml|here].

As far as Character Editors, I can't help you. However, Mission 9 isn't that far into it, and you look like you've got a really fucked up character so go to the link I gave you and (I'd recommend) start over. If you want to be a better sniper, get the Sharpshooter perk which raises 2 Perception for purposes of range modifiers, which pretty much means you'll have 8 perception.

Definately start over. You aren't too far in
and your character is hurting. I played all the way through Fallout 2 with gifted and skilled the first time I played it and I never knew how jacked up my character was until I tried it again without skilled. It is like a whole new world. I thought the two would offset each others bad points and it looks like they do on the character creation screen but what you don't realize is that the bad traits multipy on you. Gifted slows your skill progression throughtout the game, more than skilled can cope for. And skilled makes your perk increase a level slower. The total result is a much slower developing character that does not start appriciably higher than normal.

I do however like Gifted alone as it allows more options for perks and more points for primary stats at the cost of a 1 time hit to all your derived stuff which can be built back up through the game. Besides there are a lot of derived skills your main character shouldn't have to improve if he/she is just a straight up fighter.
