Wasen't it true that charisma isn't completly useless in BOS??? That if you have more charisma you can get more recruiments??? This is becouse I hear people say that charisma is worth nothing.
I like charisma, It helps me barter and at level 6 or 9 you get to choose an interesting perk that allows you to make a charisma roll if you get caught steeling
yes but you only need 3 charisma anyone can get that except my dumb thief who forgot to put 1 more point in charismo so he could get that perk oh well who needs it if ya dont get caught ?
