I have been wondering around the site and found that it is a very helpful site. Thank you very much for the information especially the walkthrough. I would like to share some tips that I accidentally found during my travel as a chosen one to show my gratitude.
1. If you had already given the NCR spy holodisk (of which may be found at Vault 15) to Gunther (Tandi's Assistant) you can always steal it from him and give it back for another 4000 EP and $4000. Repeat the process to gain more EP and money. Don't forget to save the game and reload it if you get caught stealing the holodisk.
2. The combination of 2 jet before combat and jet antidote after combat will be likely to freeze 1 Strength, 1 Perception and 1 Action Point to your character permanently. This will only work if you get addicted and should be repeated frequently.
3. The Enlightened One in NCR can increase your Luck by 2 permanently to your character if you accept his offer for a quick scan. Just come to him and say that you are already a hubologist and accept his request to deliver the massage to the headquarters so that he will offer you a scan.
Thanks to Borg Locutus for his Inventory Editor that make these cheat very easy.
(I duplicate the NCR spy holodisk to a large amount and steal all of it to reduce the chance to get caught. I also created new jet antidote because mine gone missing)

. you know, it's kinda hacking, kinda. hears a bug I found out you guys probabbly know this but did you know that when you go to buy the car, and smitty asks you to get that part, (i can't remember what it's called) you don't REALY need to get it! just talk to him again and if you have $2000 you can buy it!!
